A large number of electricity meters were to be replaced during the replacement program recommended by the Swedish Energy Agency. The meters were delivered with IoT Nb and a PKI structure to protect the meters from intrusion and these would be handled under GDPR
The recommendations, which are based on ISO 27000 and protection laws, also applied to the new meters. This meant great change, which led to the need for change management with associated circular economy.
